Drunk driver dragged dog tied to car for 400 metres in Nowy Targ

A drunk woman driving an Audi in the Nowy Targ commune dragged a dog tied with a metal chain to the tow hook for approximately 400 metres, leaving blood on the road. Witnesses unhooked the animal before police arrived. A breathalyser test showed the driver had nearly three per mille of alcohol in her system.
