Poland's new e-register pilot from 2026 will require parents to use mObywatel app

Poland's Ministry of Education has published a draft regulation for a pilot of a new state e-register system, set to launch on 22 September 2026. Parents of pupils taking part will be required to have a smartphone with internet access and the mObywatel app installed. The draft has been sent for public consultation.
