US-Ukraine intelligence sharing rebounds to full strength as Kyiv scores wins

US intelligence sharing with Ukraine has rebounded to full strength after collapsing in February 2025 following a tense Oval Office meeting between Trump and Zelenskyy. Senator Mark Warner, the Senate Intelligence Committee's ranking member, confirmed this month that the partnership is back on solid footing. The CIA has worked with Ukrainian intelligence since Russia's 2014 invasion, and the renewed cooperation is supporting Kyiv's deep-strike campaign against Russia's oil industry.
