Father who killed his 10-month-old son now injures his 4-year-old in another run-over

A man ran over his four-year-old son on Sunday, sending the child to hospital. It emerged that three years ago, also in August, the same man fatally ran over his 10-month-old son. The court at the time applied extraordinary mitigation, issuing only a fine. He now faces up to five years in prison.
