Klaudia Kazimierska wins European Championship silver in 1500m — an unexpected triumph

Klaudia Kazimierska claimed the silver medal in the 1500 metres at the European Athletics Championships, in what was widely described as an unexpected result. Polsat Sport expert Andrzej Person, who is from the same city of Włocławek as Kazimierska, said his phone was ringing off the hook with congratulations after her race. The result came as the European Championships drew to a close.
