Apple to apply fairer App Tracking Transparency rules in the EU

Apple has agreed to apply updated App Tracking Transparency (ATT) rules across the EU following an investigation by Germany's antitrust regulator. The company was accused of giving its own apps preferential treatment compared to third-party apps under the existing ATT framework. The changes are meant to ensure all apps are treated equally when it comes to tracking user data.
