Moscow court rejects all Yabloko appeals against exclusion from Duma elections

Russia's Supreme Court in Moscow has rejected all appeals filed by the opposition Yabloko party, which had challenged its exclusion from State Duma elections. The court refused to admit any additional materials into the case file and also declined to summon a witness called by the party. The decision was announced by Yabloko's press office.
