Ellie Goulding sues ex-managers over undisclosed Live Nation conflict of interest

British singer Ellie Goulding has filed a lawsuit against her former managers Ben Mawson and Ed Millet of TaP Management. She alleges they failed to disclose that TaP's parent company, HNOE, was partially and then fully owned by Live Nation — a conflict of interest she says benefited them at her expense.
