Polish coach driver suspected of deadly crash refuses to testify in Hungary

The driver of a Polish coach that crashed in Hungary has refused to testify after being questioned by investigators as a suspect in causing a fatal road accident. Dr Tamás Barkó, head of the Tiszaújváros District Prosecutor's Office, confirmed the driver exercised his right to remain silent. The crash resulted in fatalities and multiple injuries among the Polish passengers.
