JSW seeks 1.07 bn zloty loan from ARP to replace asset sale

The board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa (JSW) has approved an application to the Industrial Development Agency (ARP) for a loan of up to 1.066 billion zloty. The financing is intended to replace a previously planned sale to ARP of shares in PBSz and stakes in JZR. JSW is seeking an alternative way to raise capital amid a difficult financial situation.
