Poland bars Russian athletes from beach volleyball: "They are murdering Ukrainians"

Sports Minister Jakub Rutnicki, speaking after the beach volleyball European Championship in Stare Jabłonki, declared that Poland will not allow Russian athletes to compete on Polish soil as long as Russia continues its war against Ukraine. The ministry also plans to expand year-round beach volleyball infrastructure to help Poland catch up with Scandinavian countries that dominated the men's event.
