Man shoots ex-partner in the head near Poznań, faces attempted murder charge

Remigiusz Z., aged 51, has been charged with the attempted murder of his former partner in Swarzędz near Poznań. Investigators say he shot her in the head with a black-powder firearm before fleeing the scene. He faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
