Ukrainian strike kills six in Belgorod; Russia hits Izmail port infrastructure

A Ukrainian missile strike on Russia's border Belgorod region killed six people and wounded four, including a child, according to the region's acting governor. Overnight, Russia struck port infrastructure in Ukraine's Izmail district in the southern Odesa region. Attacks on both sides of the border are intensifying.
