Health alert: Listeria bacteria found in pork in aspic — batch recalled
Poland's Chief Sanitary Inspectorate has issued a public warning after Listeria monocytogenes bacteria was detected in a batch of pork in aspic. Listeria poses a serious health risk, especially to pregnant women, the elderly and immunocompromised individuals. The affected batch has been withdrawn from sale.
