T-Mobile Poland acquires Fiberhost for around one billion euros

T-Mobile Poland has confirmed its acquisition of fibre-optic group Fiberhost, including operator Inea, in a deal valued at around €1 billion. The purchase gives T-Mobile its own fibre network reaching 1.4 million households across Poland. The deal had been reported unofficially earlier by the daily Rzeczpospolita.
