Jason Arday, Cambridge's youngest Black professor, felt hounded before his death

Jason Arday, hailed as a child prodigy and Cambridge's youngest Black professor, faced plagiarism allegations shortly after his appointment. A friend who spoke with him on the morning of his death says Arday felt completely broken by the accusations. "He said they had destroyed his life," the friend recalled, describing the final days as relentless persecution.
