Bitpanda fined €70,000 in Austria's first MiCA enforcement case

Austrian regulators fined crypto exchange Bitpanda €70,000 in the country's first published MiCA enforcement case. The fine was issued for failing to submit a mandatory white paper 20 days before its publication and for omitting required disclosures in marketing materials.
