Coach driver charged with negligence after deadly Hungary crash kills 12 Poles

Hungarian police have initiated criminal proceedings against the driver of a Polish coach that crashed into a ditch on the M3 motorway in northeastern Hungary on Sunday. Twelve Polish pilgrims returning from Medjugorje were killed and dozens more were injured. The driver is charged with negligence causing a transport disaster.
