14th pension payment in 2026: ZUS starts payouts in September

Poland's Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) will automatically pay out the 14th pension supplement starting in September 2026, alongside regular pension and disability payments — no application required. ZUS has already announced the payment schedule and benefit amounts.
