Horse troughs turned illegal houses on Bachledzi Hill — court orders demolition

The District Court in Nowy Sącz upheld a ruling concerning five buildings illegally erected on Bachledzi Hill in Zakopane under the guise of horse-related structures. The developer must pay a PLN 5,000 fine, demolish the buildings and remove the access road. The verdict is final.
