Rents rise again ahead of academic year — 15 cities hit hardest

Rental prices are rising again across Poland as students return to university cities at the end of summer. Last academic year saw more than 1.3 million students enrolled at Polish universities for the first time in nine years. The surge in rental demand is felt most sharply in 15 major university cities, where landlords have already updated their asking prices.
