Deputy minister after bus crash: the law is clear, the problem lies with passengers

Deputy Infrastructure Minister Stanisław Bukowiec said Polish law already clearly requires seatbelt use on coaches and does not need tightening following the Hungary crash. He argued the real problem is passengers' lack of habit and discipline. He appealed directly: "Let's fasten our seatbelts — it saves health and lives."
