CENTCOM chief praises USS Abraham Lincoln crew amid reports of tainted water and suicide attempts

Admiral Cooper, head of US Central Command, praised the crew of the USS Abraham Lincoln after a visit, highlighting relatively low mental health problem rates. His remarks came amid growing reports of contaminated drinking water, food shortages and suicide attempts aboard the carrier, which has been at sea for more than 200 days.
