Sweden and Netherlands win beach volleyball European Championship gold in Poland

The European Beach Volleyball Championship in Stare Jabłonki ended with gold medals for Sweden in the men's event and the Netherlands in the women's event. Both champion pairs also secured Olympic qualification. Swedish gold medallist Elmer Andersson said the victory had been their dream since they started playing together. One of the other medallists addressed the crowd in Polish at the end of the tournament.
