UN rapporteur Albanese: Israel outsourcing coercion to settlers in West Bank

UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese stated that Israel bears responsibility for violence in the West Bank, and is deliberately outsourcing coercion against Palestinians to settlers. Albanese stressed that this approach does not relieve Israel of its legal or political accountability.
