Luigi Mangione pleads guilty to killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson

Luigi Mangione, 28, pleaded guilty on Friday to federal stalking charges in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. He admitted to manufacturing a gun with a 3D printer, posing as an investor to learn details of the conference, and shooting Thompson on a New York City street in 2024.
