Djokovic reveals health issue after shock Cincinnati loss to Tirante
Novak Djokovic suffered a shock defeat to Argentina's Thiago Tirante at the Cincinnati Open and afterwards revealed he is dealing with a health condition. Britain's Arthur Fery marked his return to the tour with a win over Australia's James Duckworth. Djokovic's loss was one of the biggest upsets of the tournament so far.
