BBC seeks US court help to get Trump family testimony in $10bn defamation suit

The BBC has asked a U.S. court to compel the Trump family to provide documents and testimony in connection with President Donald Trump's $10-billion defamation lawsuit against the broadcaster. The suit relates to content aired by the BBC that Trump claims was defamatory. The broadcaster is seeking the evidence as part of its legal defence.
