Heavy rain and thunderstorms moving into Poland as temperatures drop

An atmospheric front already over Poland will bring increasingly heavy rainfall and localised thunderstorms on Monday. Temperatures are set to drop significantly as the front moves through. Hot summer conditions are expected to ease across most of the country.
