Croatian academic: young Croatians see Poland as a model of economic success and defence

Croatian academic and translator of Polish literature Dalibor Blażina told PAP that older Croatians remember Poland as a poor country struggling under communism. Younger Croatians, however, now see Poland primarily as an economic success story and a model for defence policy. Blażina highlighted a clear generational shift in how Poland is perceived in Croatia.
