Polish agriculture ministry proposes mandatory disclosure of private-label producers

Poland's Ministry of Agriculture has proposed a regulation change that would require retailers to display the name and address of the actual manufacturer or importer on private-label food products. Currently, stores can sell such products without disclosing who actually produces them. The change aims to improve market transparency and help consumers make more informed purchasing decisions.
