13 million zloty for renovation of historic Augustów Canal lock

The Regional Water Management Board in Białystok has signed a contract for the modernisation of the Augustów lock, part of the historic Augustów Canal. The investment will cost 13 million zloty. The Augustów Canal is considered one of Poland's most valuable historic hydraulic engineering monuments.
