Trump-linked World Liberty receives conditional bank charter for USD1 stablecoin

Trump-linked World Liberty Financial has received a conditional bank charter for its USD1 stablecoin. The proposed World Liberty Trust Company would take over issuance of USD1 from BitGo. The move marks another step in building a crypto-financial infrastructure tied to Donald Trump's circle.
