Hurricane Lala kills one and causes severe flooding in Hawaii

Hurricane Lala struck Hawaii, killing one person and bringing powerful winds and heavy flooding to the islands. Tropical storm warnings remain in effect for Maui, Molokai, Lanai, Kahoolawe, Oahu, Kauai and Niihau as the storm moves westward. Authorities described it as an enormous storm.
