Victims of Hungary crash were pilgrims returning from Medjugorje

The passengers on the crashed coach were taking part in a pilgrimage to the popular sanctuary at Medjugorje in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The group departed from Strzyżów in the Podkarpacie region, and all participants are from the Podkarpackie voivodeship. Twelve people were killed in the crash.
