Buyers regret their flats — developer lies and hostile neighbours
Mateusz bought a flat in Wrocław only to discover the developer knew about delays at the time of signing but lied to his face. Katerina, a Ukrainian living in Marki near Warsaw, says she and her family clearly feel unwelcome among their neighbours. Both say the problems could not have been detected before purchase.
