Poland's NFZ to tie A&E funding to number of ambulance-brought patients

Poland's National Health Fund (NFZ) has issued a new regulation on the reimbursement of emergency departments and A&E wards. Payments will be linked, among other factors, to the number of patients brought in by ambulance crews. The changes will affect A&E funding nationwide.
