Forest fire in Germany's NRW under control — 1,800 evacuees allowed home

A forest fire in Huertgenwald in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia has been brought under control. On Friday, roughly 1,800 residents were evacuated as the fire came within 250 metres of residential buildings. Authorities have since allowed evacuees to return to their homes.
