France legalises assisted dying but court blocks under-15 social media ban

France's Constitutional Court upheld Emmanuel Macron's landmark assisted dying law. At the same time, it struck down a proposed ban on social media for children under 15, ruling the measure disproportionately infringed on children's freedoms. The government said it would draft a revised bill on the social media issue.
