Hamas chief heads to Cairo for Gaza talks ahead of Kushner visit

Hamas chief Khalil al-Hayya is heading to Cairo to meet Egyptian intelligence chief Hassan Rashad, amid ongoing tensions over Gaza. The talks come ahead of a planned visit to the region by Jared Kushner.
