Waste plant fire in Chlewnica injures 7 firefighters, 200 battle blaze
A fire broke out at the Waste Management Plant in Chlewnica, Pomerania, engulfing four warehouses. Around 200 firefighters are battling the blaze, with operations expected to last up to several hours, according to Gdańsk fire brigade spokesman Dawid Westrych. Seven firefighters were injured during the operation. Authorities have urged residents to close windows and doors and stay indoors due to heavy smoke.
