Zimbabwe ferry disaster death toll rises to 69 after Lake Kariba capsize

Police in Zimbabwe confirmed the recovery of 23 more bodies from Lake Kariba, raising the death toll from Tuesday's ferry capsize to 69. The vessel was reported to have been overloaded at the time of the disaster.
