Kosiniak-Kamysz announced the "first" Rozwadowski monument — one already exists

Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced plans to build what he called the "first monument" to General Tadeusz Jordan-Rozwadowski. However, a monument to the general already exists, meaning the planned structure would not be the first. The gaffe has drawn public criticism.
