Russia warns US and Turkey: arms transfer to Ukraine would harm relations

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called on Washington and Ankara to explain plans to transfer a significant arsenal of US weapons and ammunition stored in Turkey to Ukraine. She warned that such a delivery would cause "serious damage" to Russia's relations with both countries. Zakharova described the situation as "opening another Pandora's box."
