NSN Development withdraws from Tour of Portugal after death of 19-year-old Tarling

Team NSN Development announced its withdrawal from the Tour of Portugal on Saturday following the death of its rider, 19-year-old Briton Finlay Tarling. The young cyclist was killed in a crash during the race's 8th stage. Tarling had been described as a talented prospect.
