Coe vows to defend World Athletics ban on Russia and Belarus at CAS tribunal

World Athletics president Sebastian Coe announced he will defend the organisation's sanctions against Russian and Belarusian athletes before the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Russia's athletics federation filed a new appeal with CAS challenging the ban, which was upheld in July. Coe stated he will stand by the ban in the arbitration proceedings.
