Ultralight aircraft crashes in forest near Łowicz — pilot hospitalised

An ultralight aircraft crashed into a forest near the village of Bobrownik in Łódź voivodeship on Saturday, falling short of the landing strip by several hundred metres. The pilot, a 50-year-old Warsaw resident, survived and was airlifted to hospital. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
