Wildfire in France's Landes region burns over 1,500 hectares overnight

Firefighters and local farmers have been working through the night to contain a wildfire in Luglon in the Landes region of southwestern France. More than 1,500 hectares have already burned, with hot spots still threatening homes. Crews are hoping forecast rainfall will help bring the blaze under control.
