SpaceX officially acquires AI coding startup Cursor for $60 billion

SpaceX has finalised the acquisition of Cursor, a startup specialising in AI-assisted coding tools. The deal was valued at $60 billion. It is one of the largest acquisitions in the AI developer-tools sector.
