Poland to spend 1.9 trillion PLN on defence — economists warn of a catch

Poland plans to spend 1.9 trillion PLN on defence, which economists see as a potential economic stimulus. However, they warn this will only materialise if public procurement favours domestic companies to a greater degree. Otherwise, the money will flow abroad and the economic benefits for Poland will be limited.
